Our stay at the hotel was delightful, especially since we were upgraded to a spacious three-bedroom ocean-view suite, which was perfect for our family. The location is fantastic, allowing easy access to neighboring hotels and pools. However, the dining options fell short of expectations, and some aspects of cleanliness in the room could be improved.

We had a wonderful time in Fiji, but there were definitely some highs and lows at the Sheraton. The hotel has great facilities and the staff is quite friendly, although the dining could use significant improvement. The service at times felt a bit slow and the payment system was problematic. Overall, it was a decent family getaway, but I believe other regions might offer a better experience.

I had an absolutely fantastic time at the Sheraton Villas in Fiji! The location is stunning with beautiful views and well-maintained facilities. The villas are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The service from the staff was remarkable, going above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. However, while the dining options were good, I felt some dishes could use a little more variety. Overall, it was a memorable experience, especially for a family vacation!

The Sheraton Fiji Resort has a fresh and inviting ambiance after its recent renovations. I was truly impressed with the dining experience at Tatavu, where the food was exceptional and the setting was unique with live music. However, my overall stay was marred by some issues like the inconsistent service and poor Wi-Fi which made working difficult. While the staff were kind, the property didn't fully meet my expectations for a five-star resort.
